Our Policies
Deposits
To secure your project and begin scheduling, a deposit is required.
- All deposits are non-refundable, as they cover design consultation, project planning, scheduling, and procurement of
initial materials.
- In accordance with Maryland and Virginia contracting laws, all project agreements include clear terms for deposits and
scope of work to protect both parties.
Cancellations
Before Work Begins:
- If you choose to cancel your project before any labor has started and no materials have been ordered, you may be
eligible for a partial refund (excluding the non-refundable deposit).
After Work Has Started:
- If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a refund will be limited to any unearned labor and unused/unordered
materials.
- Materials that have been custom-ordered or specially fabricated for your project are non-refundable.
Workmanship Guarantee
We stand behind our work. All labor comes with a 30-day workmanship guarantee from the date of substantial project
completion.
- During this period, we will repair or correct any issues resulting from workmanship at no additional charge.
- This guarantee does not apply to changes in design preferences, damage caused by others, or natural wear and tear.
Materials Policy
- Refunds for materials depend on the supplier's return policy and may incur restocking fees.
- If materials were provided by the client, we are not responsible for returns or refunds on those items.
- Custom, special-order, or clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
